Lives Lived Well in Queensland is seeking a Clinician to join the Tokoko Integrated Recovery Pathways Program. You will strengthen recovery outcomes for people accessing alcohol and other drug treatment across the Wide Bay region via ConnectWell, a digital wellbeing platform.

You will deliver flexible, recovery-focused support before admission, during treatment and after discharge, and help individuals re-engage with services when needed. Hybrid or remote opportunities apply.
