Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Senior Social Worker for the MLHD Renal Stream based in Wagga Wagga. You will contribute to inpatient and outpatient social work services, performing psychosocial assessments and coordinating patient-centered support for individuals with late-stage chronic kidney disease.
