Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking a Youth Support Worker for our Longreach team. The role focuses on empowering young people aged 12-21 who are at risk of disconnecting from family, community or support networks, delivering casemanagement and targeted support.

You will help youths access housing, education, employment and community engagement, while supporting cultural connection, recording high quality data, and contributing to program outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
