Melbourne City Mission is seeking a Restoring Specialist Youth Practitioner to deliver intensive, trauma-informed support for young people aged 10-16 and their families in a values-driven, progressive organisation.

You will work in a care team with case management, develop action plans with young people and carers, build partnerships across youth, health and education services, and contribute to continuous improvement through monitoring and evaluation.
