As a Disability Support Worker (DSW) you'll play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of people in our community.

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work.
• Strong written, spoken, and comprehension English skills.
• Ability to provide high quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs.
• Ability to work across sites in Tewantin and Maroochydore.

• Proof of COVID 19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
