BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a part time Lifestyle Coordinator in Byford to create engaging activities for residents and to promote inclusion and connection in the community.

You will design person centred programs, plan events inside and outside the facility, and tailor activities for residents with dementia or complex needs. This hands on role supports volunteers and collaborates with residents to co design meaningful experiences.
