Wellways Australia Limited is inviting applications for a Wellbeing Worker in Gippsland. The role focuses on intake, assessment and one-to-one psychosocial supports, working within a stepped-care model to support mental health recovery.

You'll develop care plans with participants and carers, and coordinate with NDIS and community services. The program runs weekdays with flexible arrangements; travel and liaising with stakeholders are expected.
