The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd (IUIH) is seeking a Respite Support Worker to deliver respite services and support elderly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in line with Client Care Plans and program objectives.

You will develop work plans, deliver activities, assist clients to build skills for independence and community participation, and work with carers and families to ensure culturally safe care.
