Sonder is seeking a Peer Practitioner at headspace Whyalla, Barngarla Country, for young people aged 12-25. You will draw on lived experience to provide peer support, foster hope, connection and recovery goals within a multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver individual and group peer support, help navigate services, and contribute to a youth-friendly, person-centred service. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are strongly encouraged to apply.
