Palliative Care SA, embedded within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network at Flinders Medical Centre, is seeking a Senior Social Worker to provide specialist psychosocial support for patients and families facing life-limiting illness. The role includes mentoring staff and contributing to a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

Reporting to the Manager, you will develop, coordinate and evaluate quality social work services for the Palliative Care Service.
