Occupational Therapy Jobs
Occupational Therapists (OTs) work with people of all ages to understand and evaluate their needs, and use a variety of activities/therapies, interventions, and special equipment to help their clients develop (or recover), improve, and maintain the skills they need to look after themselves and attain their goals. OTs might help a child develop fine motor skills to improve hand-writing, or help an adult to recover gross motor or cognitive skills after a brain injury. OTs undertake a minimum 4-year Bachelor degree with Honours and register with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
