Welcome to Boollam Boollam Aged Care Centre
Nestled within the leafy grounds of the Kingston Centre in Heatherton, the Boollam Boollam Aged Care Centre offers a state-of-the-art, purpose-built centre that is dedicated to comfort, dignity, and excellence in aged care. With 150 beds across four thoughtfully designed floors consisting of 15 bed houses, our modern infrastructure supports a warm, home-like environment—tailored to meet the unique needs of every resident.
The home is supported by a diverse team of nursing professionals including Nursing Coordinators, Nurse Managers, Associate Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, Graduate Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Healthcare Workers who all work collaboratively with our Nurse Managers and Facility Manager.

Join our dedicated care team as a Health Care Worker (HCW) and make a real impact in the lives of our residents.
We currently have a unique opportunity for an expereinced Health Care Worker to work across 2 of the Wards at Boollam Boollam Aged Care Centre, Heritage Ward and Bayside Ward. This is an ongoing part time (60 hours per fortnight) permanent night duty opportunity on a set shift roster as per below:

As a Health Care Worker, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your role will focus on providing basic personal care, assisting with daily activities, and supporting residents to maintain independence in a safe and inclusive environment.
In this role, you will;
- Deliver high-standard, person-centred care in line with assessed competencies
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or incidents to the Nurse in Charge
- Accurately document and communicate care activities
- Adhere to organisational policies, Aged Care Quality Standards, and relevant legislation
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff
About You
You are a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated support worker with the skills and empathy to provide exceptional care.
You will possess;
- Valid NDIS Clearance and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (essential)
- Valid police check clearance including a renewal every 3 years (essential)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (CHC33015) or equivalent (essential)
- Certificate IV in Individual Support (Ageing) (CHC43015) or equivalent (desirable)
- Knowledge of residential aged care practices and accreditation requirements
- Basic clinical understanding and the ability to identify and report clinical concerns
- Excellent time management and systematic work habits
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- A problem-solver who acts within role parameters to ensure resident and staff well-being

Your skills will include:
- Current member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or be eligible for membership as a Social Worker prior to commencement in January 2024

About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for a Grade 2 physiotherapist to join the physiotherapy department. An opportunity is available for a Storeperson to join Cabrini’s Pharmacy team to assist with stock coordination predominantly at the Malvern site, as well as Brighton and Elsterniwck sites on occasion. This is a part time role offering 4 shifts per week. The Pharmacy team work a range of shifts between the hours of 8AM to 4PM, from Monday to Friday. Whilst previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
Scanning and generating Imprest orders, receiving and delivering stock to Imprest wards and processing invoices
Conducting expiry checks and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely (predominantly pharmacy supplies)
Assisting as directed with EOFY stocktakes and rolling stocktakes as well as performing other warehouse duties as required
Manual handling will be required, lifting and moving items according to Workplace Health & Safety practices

Experience in a similar storeperson role in a healthcare environment or warehouse, inventory, supply chain, stock control, pick packer etc. (ideal, but not mandatory)
Sound computer, technology and administration skills

Interventional Radiology/ Interventional Neuroradiology Unaccredited Junior Registrar
Applications for suitably qualified medical practitioners for the position Interventional Radiology/Interventional Neuroradiology Unaccredited Junior Registrar at Monash Health Imaging. Applicants must hold a medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) which is recognised for non-provisional registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. The position is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis.
About the Department
Monash Health Radiology is the largest public provider of imaging, therapeutic and interventional services within Australia with over 600 staff across the network. We provide Interventional Radiology (IR) and Interventional Neuroradiology (INR) services at 6 sites of the Monash Health network (Victorian Heart Hospital, Monash Medical Centre, Monash Children’s Hospital, Dandenong Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital and Casey Hospital).
We perform more than 2000 body angiography procedures and 500 neuro angiography procedures as well as more than 4000 non-vascular image guided procedures per year. Including paediatric IR procedures.
The department also performs more than 18000 diagnostic vascular studies per year across US, CT and MRI and our Interventional Radiologists and Interventional Neuroradiologists also report a wide variety of non-vascular diagnostic studies.
The service has a large inpatient consult service across multiple hospitals, with strong collaboration with our colleagues in various medical and surgical specialities. We also have a growing outpatient service, with regular clinics for BodyIR, Venous Incompetence, and Vascular Anomalies.
About the Role
We are now looking to appoint an Interventional Radiology/Interventional Neuroradiology Unaccredited Junior Registrar. The Interventional Radiology/Interventional Neuroradiology Unaccredited Junior Registrar position will encompass clinical, educational and research responsibilities in an Interventional Radiology and Interventional Neuroradiology setting.

Assist with inpatient clinical review, referrals and ward rounds in consultation with senior registrars/fellows/consultants.

Attend outpatient clinics, including arranging relevant imaging examinations and clinical consultations for IR/INR patients.

Together with the Interventional Bookings Office staff, arrange anaesthetic support and ward/ICU beds for appropriate IR/INR patients.

Assist consultants, fellows and senior registrars perform a variety of endovascular and percutaneous image-guided procedures.

Learn to perform selected image-guided procedures under consultant supervision.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to help shape and deliver the next phase of the Medicare Mental Health Check In (MMHCI) Program within St Vincent's Care at Home.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of a digitally enabled model of mental health care, improving how people access, engage with and experience support. You'll develop the product strategy and roadmap, using consumer, clinician, service, policy and commercial insights to drive measurable improvements in access, demand, clinical value and operational performance.
This is an end-to-end product leadership role extending beyond the technology platform. You'll work across service design, digital experience, clinical models, operations, partnerships, data and go-to-market activities to ensure MMHCI responds to priority consumer and system needs.
This is a full-time, 24-month initial term opportunity based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and value proposition for the next phase of MMHCI
Translate strategic priorities into a clear, evidence-based product roadmap with defined outcomes and measures of success
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from hypothesis and business case through design, build, launch, adoption and optimisation
Use consumer, clinician and stakeholder insights to improve awareness, access, onboarding, engagement, treatment outcomes and continuity of care
Lead continuous discovery with help seekers, carers, practitioners and healthcare professionals, including underserved and priority populations
Partner with clinical, operational, technology and design teams to define problems and deliver effective solutions
Work with Growth and Communications to strengthen market propositions, referral pathways, launch plans and adoption
Lead product governance and prioritisation, balancing competing opportunities, dependencies and investment decisions
Build an integrated view of product performance across consumer, clinical, operational, financial and digital measures
Coordinate relevant TGA regulatory pathways for functionality that is, or may be, regulated as Software as a Medical Device
Ensure product decisions meet clinical safety, privacy, cyber security, accessibility, quality, regulatory and contractual requirements
About You
An experienced product management or service design professional who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by creating services that deliver genuine impact.
You combine strategic thinking with strong delivery capability and can turn complex consumer, clinical, operational and policy insights into clear priorities and practical action.
You're comfortable bringing together multidisciplinary teams, navigating competing perspectives and creating clarity and momentum across a diverse stakeholder environment.
You'll also bring a strong customer and consumer mindset, with the ability to use evidence and insight to continuously improve products, services and experiences.
Key Experience & Capability
Proven experience in innovative product management or service design, ideally within healthcare
Demonstrated ability to improve consumer experience, streamline processes and drive service excellence
Strong ability to translate patient and customer insights into actionable product strategies
Demonstrated analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn complex data and policy into operational outcomes
Strategic and systems thinking, supported by strong business, commercial and financial acumen

Excellent written, verbal, digital communication and presentation skills

Tertiary qualifications in business, health administration or a related field
Experience within not-for-profit, social enterprise or health sector organisations, together with an understanding of emerging trends across health and technology, will be highly regarded.

About the Role

Position Summary

These services support residents with a diverse range of care needs, including general residential aged care, aged persons’ mental health and residents with a history of homelessness. Working closely with Residential Aged Care leadership and the broader multidisciplinary team, the Grade 3 Physiotherapist provides clinical leadership to promote best practice and support optimal health, wellbeing, function and quality of life for residents.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment and clinical management for residents

About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a laundry assistant, you’ll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day.
- Sort, wash, dry and fold laundry items according to organisation standards
- Operate washing machines, dryers and other laundry equipment
- Inspect laundry for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area
What you’ll bring
You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional resident-centred care.
- Experience in managing housekeeping and laundry functions.
- Experience working within Aged Care desirable.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- Police Record Check or NDIS clearance Check.

- 6 months experience in food service or front of house experience, along with barista skills

What’s Required:
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence

- Basic computer and smartphone literacy
What’s Preferred:
- Previous experience in Home Care or Disability Support
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community). Highly preferred
