About the Role

Join our team as a Manual Handling Coordinator on a full-time basis, working across Monash Health hospitals and clinics. You will:

Coordinate, deliver and continuously improve manual handling training for clinical and non-clinical employees;

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and attributes:

Demonstrated experience in training facilitation, including group instruction and individual coaching;

Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;

Proven ability in relationship building and influencing stakeholders across various levels;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Practical experience in conducting manual handling risk assessments;

The Acute Neuropsychology Unit is situated within Monash Medical Centre, Clayton. We provide inpatient consultation across all Monash Health acute sites for adult medical, oncology, cardiac and surgical services, alongside a specialist Outpatient Neuropsychology Clinic for current Monash Health patients.

Our team works with people experiencing neurological, neurodegenerative and complex medical conditions affecting cognitive functioning. We collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in supporting patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly specialised neuropsychology service providing assessment and consultation across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key responsibilities include:

About the Team

The Continuing Care Team Model of Care provide follow up to consumers with mental health issues requiring specialist mental health treatment and support that often is not met by generic services. This service provides case management support and treatment for consumers aged 25 to 65 years, operating Monday to Friday business hours, based at Atherton Rd Centre, Oakleigh.

The Mobile Support and Treatment Services is an assertive outreach services which provides case management to consumers aged between 25-65 years of age, with complex mental health needs who require psychosocial support and treatment. This service operates Monday – Sunday, working a rotating roster of morning and afternoon shifts, based at Atherton Rd Centre, Oakleigh.

Join the Casey Adult Crisis Intervention Service (ACIS) as a Grade 4 Mental Health Social Worker and play a key role in delivering timely, recovery-oriented care to consumers experiencing an acute mental health crisis. This is a full time, ongoing position, based in Cranbourne.

Working across the community, clinic and via telehealth, you will undertake comprehensive mental health, psychosocial and risk assessments, provide crisis intervention, and develop collaborative treatment and safety plans. Physiotherapist Grade 2 - Pelvic Floor | Community Continence Clinic | Part-time 0.8 EFT (64 hours per fortnight) | Fixed-term until March 2027

About the Role 

An exciting opportunity is available for a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the Continence Service within Specialist Clinics. Based at Monash Health's Thomas Street, Dandenong and Kingston Centre, this role also offers the opportunity to travel to other Monash Health sites as required.

In this role you will play a key role in delivering best practice, patient-centred care while working alongside Senior Clinician Physiotherapists and Stream/Team Leaders. This role offers the chance to:

• Provide specialist continence physiotherapy assessment, management, and treatment for clients through the Monash Health Community Continence Service
• Manage your own independent caseload with a focus on pelvic floor, bladder, and bowel dysfunction
• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes to ensure care meets both best practice standards and community expectations
• Develop, implement, and educate clients in individualised pelvic floor rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate across services to build strong internal and external partnerships

The Continence Service is an outpatient service within the Specialist Clinics. We are a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of specialist clinicians passionate about continence management. • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Physiotherapy Board of Australia (practicing, no restrictions)
• Current Driver’s License

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Grade 2 Social Worker to join our Community Rehabilitation team in a part-time, ongoing position, predominantly based at Kingston Centre in Heatherton.

Community rehabilitation is about more than supporting someone through an episode of care. It’s about understanding the person behind the diagnosis – their home, family, relationships, responsibilities and the things that matter most to them – and helping them move forward with confidence and the right supports around them.

Working within an experienced interdisciplinary team, you’ll provide short-term, goal-focused Social Work intervention to adults across a diverse range of clinical streams, including neurological, musculoskeletal, general, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.

Your work will include:

• Providing psychosocial assessment, intervention, case management and discharge planning
• Supporting clients and their families or carers to navigate change, adjustment and complex circumstances
• Working with clients where family violence may be suspected or disclosed
• Connecting people with community services, supports and funding pathways
• Collaborating closely with the broader interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful client goals
• Liaising with hospital and community-based services to support continuity of care
• Providing clinical supervision to Grade 1 Social Workers and Allied Health Assistants, as allocated
• Supporting the learning and development of Social Work students
• Contributing your ideas and experience to service development, evidence-based practice and quality improvement

About Community Rehabilitation

Monash Health Community Rehabilitation helps people improve and maintain their health, independence and wellbeing following illness, injury or a change in their health. Our care is delivered where it works best for the client – at home, at one of our Community Rehabilitation centres or through tele-rehabilitation – and may include individual or group-based intervention.

Our approach is time-limited, goal-focused and tailored to the individual.
