About the Role As Senior Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and diagnosing complex developmental delays and neurodevelopmental disorders, including ASD and FASD. You will:
- Provide expert psychological assessments and prepare clear, evidence-based diagnostic reports.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes for children and families.
- Offer consultancy and advice to allied health and medical professionals.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff and students.

About You You are a highly skilled and passionate psychologist who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You bring:
Qualifications
- A degree in Psychology with current registration through the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Approved supervisor status at all levels (primary and secondary).
Experience
- A strong background in paediatric psychology and play based therapy.
- Previous experience assessing and managing children with developmental and neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, would be advantageous; however, applicants without this experience are encouraged to apply
Skills & Attributes
- Advanced clinical expertise in child development and neuropsychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage families and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Leadership capability, including mentoring and supervising staff and students.
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualifications in clinical, educational/developmental, or neuropsychology.
- Experience administering ASD diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2).
