Seymour Health is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to support exercise programs and intake assessments within the Ambulatory Care Centre. The role involves multi-disciplinary care across Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Diabetes Education, and related services in Seymour, Victoria. Suitable applicants will have a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, an interest in chronic disease, and strong communication and documentation skills.
