• Extensive clinical experience with demonstrated professional independence
• Proven people leadership experience, including staff supervision, coaching, mentoring, performance development and fostering high performing teams
• Demonstrated ability to balance clinical excellence with operational and financial performance outcomes
• Experience managing service delivery, workforce planning, productivity and budget considerations to support sustainable service growth
• Strong knowledge of evidence based practice and quality improvement principles
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools such as Teams or Zoom
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required - Essential
• Highly Regarded Postgraduate qualifications or working towards experience in community based care, aged care, chronic disease management or rehabilitation
