We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about helping older people stay active, connected and engaged. Through meaningful activities and genuine relationships, you'll support residents' wellbeing and quality of life every day.
About the role:
- As a Wellness Partner, you'll deliver engaging, person-centred wellness programs that support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing. Working closely with residents, families and the wider care team, you'll help create opportunities for meaningful participation, independence and connection.
- You will:
- Facilitate group and one-on-one wellness activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
- Build positive relationships with residents through meaningful engagement and companionship
- Support residents' independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing
- Collaborate with the Wellness Lead, care teams, families and volunteers to deliver engaging programs
- Assist with wellness assessments, documentation and reporting changes in resident wellbeing
- Support volunteers to contribute confidently to resident activities and experiences
- Prepare and maintain safe, welcoming activity spaces and equipment
- Follow organisational policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Role Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Willing to drive 12 seater bus
- Experience facilitating group and individual activities in aged care, community or disability settings
- Understanding of person-centred practice, dementia care and cultural safety
- Ability to adapt activities to support a range of physical and cognitive abilities
- Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of infection control, manual handling and aged care quality standards
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisational policies

About the role
Join our Pharmacy team through the Manufacturing Specialty Training Program and build your expertise while making a meaningful contribution to patient care. You’ll provide high-quality, efficient and comprehensive pharmacy services across manufacturing, dispensing and clinical, helping optimise medication therapy for inpatients and outpatients.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll provide trusted medicines and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing and other health professionals. This role has been established to provide the successful candidate with a dedicated training program in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Candidates will gain experience and training in aseptic compounding, governance processes contributing to Good Manufacturing Practice as well as other supported professional development.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated pharmacist who brings sound technical skills, teamwork and a commitment to safe, high-quality medication care.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy with AHPRA registration or eligibility
- Completed pre-registration training in hospital or community pharmacy
- Knowledge of clinical, dispensing, production and counselling practice
- Strong communication, organisation, accuracy and teamwork skills

About the Role
You will deliver evidence-based psychological care to adults living with inflammatory bowel disease as part of an excellent multidisciplinary team comprising allied health, medical and nursing. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop and deliver targeted interventions to both inpatients and outpatients.
You’ll be part of a broader network of psychologists across the service, with opportunities to connect, share ideas and grow your practice. About the role
Child and Family Health is a service of the Women's and Children's Health Network, which provides a range of early intervention, parenting and child development programs. These programs support vulnerable families with children 0-3 years, who are experiencing a range of complex issues which may impact on their children's safety, wellbeing and development.
The CaFHS Social Worker works with parents who face challenges through the provision of individual counselling, advocacy and support. The CaFHS Social Worker works as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve the early identification, assessment and care planning for families with complex needs and facing adversity. The Social Worker is based in a CaFHS region but works across sites, including Woodville, Angle Park, Port Adelaide, Ingle Farm and Enfield.
Key duties of the role
- Direct service provision for Collaborative Care eligible clients by providing specialist skills in assessment and engagement of families who are experiencing psychosocial adversity. Appointments may be completed within client homes or clinic-based.
- A positive image of the service will be conveyed through all interactions with clients.
- Takes responsibility for improving the quality of personal practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a service of best practice.
Skills and Experience
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Establish key stakeholder and client relationships across the socio-economic spectrum and from diverse cultures and work effectively within a direct client service environment.
- Proven experience evaluating complex cases and utilising high-level counselling and/or case management practice skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the major social and health issues facing Aboriginal people, women, fathers and children.
- Dependent on having a current drivers' licence and willingness to drive.

The Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) Operational Safety & Chain of Responsibility Coordinator provides embedded Operational Safety and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) support as part of a second line capability across SCE operations, supporting the translation of regulatory safety, transport and compliance obligations into effective, day-to-day operational practice.
Strengthens the implementation, visibility and effectiveness of safe systems of work and CoR under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NHVR), and support the integrated management of safety, transport activities and regulated materials risks to ensure hazards, risks and controls are identified, understood and actively managed within operational environments.
Provides a visible and credible operational presence across high-risk environments, identifying, influencing and escalating safety and CoR risks in real time, with a particular focus on risks with Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) potential.

What you'll be doing
The Assistant in Nursing (AIN) role assists in the provision of basic nursing care, working within a plan of care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) within a team setting. AIN’s are not to be allocated their own patients. AIN’s are not to be assigned patients where one to one therapeutic nursing supervision is prescribed.
The AIN is responsible for assisting in the delivery of quality individualised care to patients at The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN) within the guidelines set by the NSW Department of Health, the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council Framework, The SCHN – Division of Nursing and within the limits of the AIN position description.
The AIN will:
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate ethical behaviour in their performance
•Understand and respect patients’ rights.
• Provide evidence of completion of annual mandatory training.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception and clerical services within Specialist Clinics.
- Manage and maintain computerised appointment scheduling systems.

Epworth Rehabilitation has an exciting part-time fixed term opportunity for a Grade 1 Social Worker looking to further develop their clinical skills and healthcare experience within a leading hospital setting. The role is based at Epworth Hawthorn in the area of multi-trauma orthopaedic rehabilitation and is a fixed term position of 30.4 hours per week until November 2027.
The successful applicant will provide excellence in patient care to patients and their families. - In some cases, you’ll have an opportunity to go offsite and provide care and supervision for our clients, and this would mean having the capacity to drive a 12-Seater Bus
