About the role

We have a new SupportedIndependentLiving(SIL) accommodationat Terrey Hillsand are looking for experiencedDisability Support Workers who can walk the talk with person centered care and provide exceptional care to our participants.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for the participants' daily activities. From providing personalcare,community involvement,completingreports, and following personal support plans.

Duties

• Domestic Assistance - Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Personal Care - Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Achieve Goals Together - Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals.
• Community Connection - Assist with social outings and community participation.
• Stay Informed - Understand each client's needs and adapt to changes.
• Positive Engagement - Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team.

Requirements

• NSW DriversLicenceand access to an insured vehicle.
• A current Working With Children's check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• NDIS Workers Check and completion of NDIS worker orientation module.
