Hsforms is seeking contracted health professionals in Australia to work remotely across Medicare, NDIS, EAP, WorkCover, DVA, and private programs. This flexible position lets you shape your hours and work from home.

Candidates must hold AHPRA registration, be willing to work with varied modalities, maintain professional development, WWC and Police clearance, and have full work rights in Australia. Supervision and ongoing professional governance support are available.

• Work across a variety of models and services - Medicare, NDIS, EAP, Workcover/Workers Compensation, DVA and a variety of private clients and programs.


• Depending on the program/service offering you will need to ensure appropriate correspondence with referrers or key stakeholders occurs.


• Entirely work from home - no commute or costs associated with petrol, tolls, or wear and tear on car or public transport fees

• Clinical debrief, and strong clinical governance


• Comprehensive administrative support - automated invoicing, session reconciliation, documentation payments and client management.


• No need to chase own referrals or business development activities - they are all provided.

• Full registrations with AHPRA (General or any area of endorsement); minimum three years post-registration highly desirable


• Experience with various therapeutic modalities


• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice


• Willingness to work with a variety of presentations and programs where eligible (including Medicare, Work Cover, NDIS etc) - including gaining registration or completing training (during work hours) to upskill.


• Experience working with children and adolescents (desirable)


• Current Working with Children (WWC) and Police Clearance Check


• Must be living permanently in Australia and must have full and valid work rights
