The role and you

• Beresponsible for providing direct care, support and assistanceto residents;
• Encourage and promotethe activities program for residents;
• Assistresidents to communicate to ensure that the rights, interestsand needs of resident's are met;
• Respondto resident's requests for personal care and otherassistance;
• Maintainresident records and information, utilising relevant systemsand in line with specified policies and procedures;
• Maintaina clean, comfortable, and safe homelike environment for theresident;
• Encourage and promotethe independence and freedom of choice ofresidents.

This is a 102 bed, ResidentialCare Centre located on the banks of Lake Howard at raafa's AFME retirement village in Bull Creek.
