• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Community Support Workers
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery
• Overseeing daily operations, staffing, and rostering
• Developing and delivering engaging and meaningful programs for clients
• Managing incidents, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
