Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don't just talk about values – we live them.
Your opportunity
Working within our Financial Wellbeing & Community team, you'll deliver engaging and accessible Financial Capability workshops across community settings, including Anglicare offices, community hubs, pantries, churches and partner organisations.
You'll create welcoming, culturally responsive learning environments where participants feel comfortable discussing money, sharing experiences and developing practical financial skills.
Alongside your group facilitation responsibilities, you'll provide short-term, individual Financial Capability casework to people experiencing financial stress or vulnerability.
Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed and person-centred approach, you'll support clients to understand their financial circumstances, set achievable goals and develop practical strategies that strengthen their financial independence.

You can connect effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, including culturally and linguistically diverse communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
You're equally comfortable facilitating group discussions and working one-on-one with clients to develop realistic financial goals and practical strategies.
Your communication, cultural awareness and ability to adapt your approach will help you build trust and achieve meaningful outcomes across both aspects of the role.
